Sorry for late response. I voted to yesterday (my 9 other colleagues all voted yes) to final approval of a Tauranga-WBOP 3-waters company, after losing an amendment 4-6 proposing we delay the start date for the waters company until July 2028, once we sort out boundary issues and get a clearer understanding about council amalgamations etc.
How can anyone sign an agreement and commence spending money on it without understanding and agreeing to the fine print. The devil is always in the fine print and to do anything going forward, one must understand and agree to the fine print. Otherwise money and time is wasted.
